I would like to inform the Brethren who were not able to witness the installation of W Bro Tony Saputil that it was a big success and very well attended. Our lodge had a big fraternal and I would like to thank the Brethren and Sisters who came along to support W Bro Saputil's installation at Lodge Beauty of Cabravale.
Our two EAs, Bro Kalra and Bro Eugenio will be Passed to the Second Degree at Lodge Hornsby [Turramarra Masonic Centre , 1247 Pacific Highway, Turramarra] on Wednesday, 15 August 2012, tyling at 7 pm. Any brother who is available on the night please find time to support our candidates. I will be meeting the candidates at the Castle Hill Masonic Centre's [CHMC] car park and depart at 6pm and we will be car pooling from there.
The next big event for LJR is the Exemplication - Conferral of Third Degree under the GLP's Jurisdiction on Saturday, 01 September 2012 tyling at 5pm, CHMC. It is our regular meeting for September [vice 2nd Saturdays] and I am looking forward to see a big number of attendance on the night. We will be expecting a rough estimate of brethren numbering more than 150 MMs, [could not be less, but could be more, Grand Lodge's delegation is not less than 40!]. We have to help each other as this is a very big activity of our lodge.
Finally, still in the planning stage, "The Tribute to the Ladies" on Sunday, 14 October 2012, from 12.30pm, CHMC. This is a family get together lunch and presentation to the ladies for their support to our fraternity. Give your number to our JW so we could estimate the food that we will be preparing.

District 32 Fund Raising Presentation Dinner
Brethren,
Our Worshipful Master; VWBro Rudy Romerosa, is sending this message to all brethren:
"Our share of $7000 from participating and helping in the District's BBQ fund raising last year will be presented to our nominated charitable institution at The Sovereign Room, Castle Hill RSL on Saturday, 22nd September 2012 at 7 pm. Dinner cost is $50 per person.
I am enjoining the brethren of LJR to continue to support this good cause. It needs only at least 2-3 hours of our time to assist in the fund raising and two representatives from every lodge. If a brother is willing to devote two to three hours of his precious time during the scheduled BBQ fund raising; and even if a brother will do it only once a year we can all support this worthy cause."
Those attending the District Dinner, please book early, through the WM or Secretary or our DGIW.

From our Wor Master
Brethren, and Ladies,
Once again, I could not hide my happiness to see a lot of brethren of LJR, Amasons [Ladies] and their families in big number during our May stated meeting. I hope that your loyalty and support to the lodge will continue to flourish.
Bro Rommel Cruz was formally introduced to the most ancient and honourable fraternity and I trust that he will have a long and fruitful association with the craft. I was also very pleased with the way Bro Beringuel and Bro de Guzman delivered; for the first time the Mode of Preparation and Final Charge respectively. As a reward for their efforts, I told them to deliver the same charges during our 14 July meeting.
W Bro Singh delivered with authority the First Working Tools and Bro Buenavista did a fantastic job for the first time as Inner Guard. In general, all those who participated to the degree work that night are worthy to be commended.
Till here, see you all on our next happy 18th meeting [14 July 2012]. I hope that your loyalty and support to the lodge will continue to our next happy meeting.
